A Love Test About Your Relationship/Marriage

When we fall head over heels with someone the world around us changes. Slowly as we get comfortable with the new love in our life and the relationship stabilizes, those same qualities are not always so adorable. You wonder why? Has he changed or is it me?
The following test is designed by Paula Hall, a psychotherapist to find out what has changed in the relationship.

To take this test successfully, make sure you are able to devote sufficient time for it around thirty minutes, without distractions and interruptions.

Next, take a sheet of make and divide the page into three sections.

In the first column, write down all the character and behavioral traits that attracted you the most.

Some suggestions: Positive attitude, Affectionate, Caring, Well read.

In the second column, jot down how you felt about those traits and how did you feel when you were together. Think of all such wonderful memories that made you smile.

In the last column, note his present traits and how do you feel towards him now. There maybe some traits that you feel different about. For example: His caring and nurturing nature has become more of possessive and you find it difficult in handling it. You would like some space to make up your own mind.

After doing this exercise, see the good side and the bad side to every person’s nature. You can sit your partner down and let him do the similar exercise. This will help both of you to rediscover one other and understand each other’s problem. Resolve your differences amicable with practical solutions and positive outlook to move ahead in life.
